At last year's ONE by ONE Convention, delegates made a pledge -- to advocate for public education throughout the year. As 2014 comes to a close, it's incredible to look back on what has been accomplished this year to move public education forward, from visiting classrooms at schools all over the city, to volunteering to help students learn to read, to writing your legislators about the school grading system, and much, much more!

That's why we are so excited to announce the date for the Third Annual ONE by ONE Convention! The time is coming once again to unite with past and new delegates to speak as one voice about the importance of public education to our city.

Plan to unite with education advocates from around Duval County for this exciting and reimagined ONE by ONE Convention, where you will discuss the state of our public schools, participate in tailored breakout sessions around your area of interest and, most importantly, pledge your action items for 2015!

Third Annual ONE by ONE Convention
Moving Public Education Forward
January 31, 2015, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Prime Osborn Convention Center
In addition to what you've come to expect from the convention -- deep conversation with diverse voices from throughout Duval County, all rallied around the cause of improving public education -- we're thrilled to share an updated format for this convention. 2015 ONE by ONE Delegates can plan to participate in hands-on activities and opportunities to hone your skills as an advocate. In addition, we'll have a first look at some new data tools, and launch a new opportunity for you to change the life of an individual child.
