Dr. Christopher Bernier is the former Superintendent of Schools for the school district of Lee County in Fort Myers, FL. Prior to his role as Superintendent, Dr. Bernier served as Chief of Staff for the Clark County School District in Las Vegas, NV, and as an Associate Superintendent for Orange County Public Schools in Orlando, FL.
“Therefore, I can anticipate the opportunity to work with the members of the school board, the larger community, school and district leadership, teachers, and staff, to ensure that every student is inspired and prepared for success in college or a career, and life. I envision supporting a collaborative and equitable environment that maximizes existing programs while developing other interventions that provide educational excellence in every school, in every classroom, for every student, every day,” Bernier said.
