Jacksonville Juvenile Diversion Expungement Day

All individuals with non-violent misdemeanors who have successfully completed a diversion program are eligible to attend this free one-day, one stop workshop to complete an expungement application to have your juvenile case expunged.

  • Have You been charged with a non-violent misdemeanor as a Juvenile?
  • Have You completed a Pre-Trial Diversion Program successfully?
  • Do you have no further charges or convictions on your Juvenile or Adult record?

If you answered yes, you are eligible to have your Juvenile Case Expunged. 

Registration: Please register to participate by calling the Office of State Representative Mia L. Jones at 904-924-1615 or email mia.jones@myfloridahouse.gov. We will walk you through the process prior to the event.
