Jacksonville Juvenile Diversion Expungement Day
All individuals with non-violent misdemeanors who have successfully completed a diversion program are eligible to attend this free one-day, one stop workshop to complete an expungement application to have your juvenile case expunged.
- Have You been charged with a non-violent misdemeanor as a Juvenile?
- Have You completed a Pre-Trial Diversion Program successfully?
- Do you have no further charges or convictions on your Juvenile or Adult record?
If you answered yes, you are eligible to have your Juvenile Case Expunged.
