The panel will be moderated by WGA Fellow and Executive Director of the Florida Nonprofit Alliance Sabeen Perwaiz, and includes EVP, Jacksonville Public Education Fund, Rachael Tutwiler Fortune; President and CEO, Florida State College at Jacksonville, Cynthia A. Bioteau; Executive Director, Teach For America, Darryl Willie; Duval County School Board Member, District 3, Ashley Smith Juarez and President of Jacksonville University, Tim Cost.
