Join a panel of recognized educators as they discuss the effect and challenges of poverty on the learning process, new initiatives for STEM education, and opportunities for collaboration to change the education trajectory of girls toward economic success. The panel will be moderated by WGA Fellow and Executive Director of the Florida Nonprofit Alliance Sabeen Perwaiz, and includes EVP, Jacksonville Public Education Fund, Rachael Tutwiler Fortune; President and CEO, Florida State College at Jacksonville, Cynthia A. Bioteau; Executive Director, Teach For America, Darryl Willie; Duval County School Board Member, District 3, Ashley Smith Juarez and President of Jacksonville University, Tim Cost.
