Over the last year, you have given this community a gift: Your time.

The final tally is in! Collectively, 1,649 of you gave 3,500 hours in 169 ONE by ONE community conversations, sharing your aspirations and priorities for public education in Duval County and shattering every goal set for this campaign.

Now, the really exciting work begins: moving from conversation to action. It couldn't be a better time. This city is poised to enter a new era in public education. With the election of new school board members, and a new superintendent passionate about collaborating with the community, ONE by ONE is moving full speed ahead!

It all begins with a series of regional meetings kicking off in two weeks. Please plan to attend one of the meetings below to review what was said in the 169 community conversations and weigh in on your priorities.

Then, apply to be a delegate to the convention that will use the conversation data to draft the Community Agreement - a unified vision and set of priorities for public education in Duval County. Or, nominate someone you know that represents your community! Anyone can apply or nominate with this brief application.

Perhaps it's been a while since we've seen you, or maybe your conversation was one of the first. We need to get reconnected! The next few months will be critical, as we come together to review the impact of your collective words.

Your voice is more powerful now than ever. Now is the time to turn your words into action.

We can't wait to show you what you've unleashed.
