Duval County public schools are out for spring break, March 16-20. As students take the opportunity to have a short break, we'd like to encourage families to spend time learning together.
Here's our roundup of family-friendly fun and educational things to do:

DCPS Parent Academy hosts different events including a Breakfast Learning Series on March 18 geared toward helping individuals raising children. Learn more.

Don't miss out on free admission to the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens on Tuesdays from 4-9 p.m.

Visit your local Jacksonville Public Library branch - there are plenty of literacy workshops and various events for children of all ages for you to choose from, with additional programming this week for spring break. Search now.

Keep your child's mind sharpened. Have your child spend 20 minutes per day on i-Ready or create homework assignments for the week.
