Educators are the most creative individuals in our community. That's the foundation behind PowerUP Jax, our initiative to put some fuel behind create teachers' ideas.

With the generous support of the Community First Cares Foundation, PowerUP Jax was launched in October 2013 to provide a platform for innovative teacher projects. Since then, 120 projects have been fully funded through PowerUP Jax, helping thousands of students have more enriching learning experiences.

Now, it's time not just to reward creative teachers, but to learn from and celebrate them!

That's why Community First Credit Union and the Jacksonville Public Education Fund are hosting a celebration of teacher innovation! Join us as we recognize innovation among Duval County public school teachers. Hear directly from PowerUP Jax grant winners, who will share the power of innovation in their classrooms!
