Meet the new members of the Duval County School Board!

Tonight's votes have been counted and we now have four new members of the Duval County School Board!
The winner of the District 3 runoff is Ashley Smith Juarez. Jason Fischer is the winner in the District 7runoff.
They join Cheryl Grymes in District 1, and Connie Sands Hall in District 5, who were both elected in the August primary.

This election represents a major leadership transition at Duval County Public Schools. With the new Superintendent, Dr. Nikolai Vitti, taking the helm on November 12, and the new school board members starting on November 14, the next year promises to be an exciting one for the future of public schools!
