Next week, we'll be honoring Duval County's best public school teachers at the EDDY Awards and announcing the 2014 Florida Blue Teacher of the Year! The EDDY Awards is a joint venture between the Jacksonville Public Education Fund and the Schultz Center for Teaching and Leadership, and it has evolved beyond an awards ceremony to build a network of exemplary teachers who are leaders in the community and who work to improve our schools, student performance and the teaching profession.
Tickets are $25 per person. Tickets have been extended for purchase until Thursday, March 6.
Please note that any ticket purchases made on March 3 and afterward will have to be picked up at our offices, 245 Riverside Ave., Ste. 310, Jacksonville, FL 32202.
